It comes with add ins that let you print directly from Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, Outlook, QuickBooks and others with a click of a button. Prints labels up to 2 1⁄4" wide at a whopping one second per label, up to 71 labels per minute. Direct thermal printing means you never change a ribbon, toner or ink cartridges. PC and Mac compatible. Labels are sold in rolls, and come in boxes of 1 or 2 rolls. Address Labels are 1 1/8" x 3 1/2" each. Return Address Labels are 3/4" x 2". File Folder Labels are 9/16" x 3 7/16". Shipping Labels are 2 1/8" x 4". Stamps are 1 5/8" x 1 1/4". Name Badges are 2 1/4" x 4".
