Its familiar disappearance disc, coupled with the CDC's recommended length of time for clean hands, provides people of all ages and abilities for an easy-to understand resource to ensure their hands are germ free.  It encourages children to follow the recommended 20-second handwashing duration in three simple steps: Get Soap (5 seconds), Scrub (20 seconds), and Rinse (5 seconds).
